Charming stay with fine views
Exe Casa De Los Linajes offers lovely spacious rooms and an lovely balcony view. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
Parking is an extra charge, and I did encounter minor issues with the bath draining after a shower. Noise levels could also be disruptive at times.

Silent localization in beautiful city.

Noise issues from plumbing needs to be addressed!!! Wi-Fi connectivity is inconsistent and frustrating!!! The unclear access routes to the parking garage could use better guidance!!! Room quality is inconsistent, not matching expectations!!!

the location was very central, not far from the train station, and the center of the old town. a double room with a balcony was ready when we arrived.

We had enjoyable breakfasts with every taste and deli meat, as example, special mention to extremely helpful staff. Its location just a walking distance from House Museum of Antonio Machado was unbeatable and quiet.

I greatly enjoyed all about the hotel and recommend it. The staff was nice and the location was favourable - altogether a very comfortable experience. Before bed I went to Bar Daoiz for a nightcap, it's next door to the property. The service here was excellent. I used to use free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Exe Casa De Los Linajes is a fantastic choice! Our stay in the Double or Twin Room with View was made special by the amazing views of the Eresma River Valley. The spacious, modern room provided all the comforts we needed, and the breakfast options were plenty to keep our family satisfied each morning.
The outside noise was a minor distraction.

Our rooms have a small terrace with a good view. I found the cleaning quite good. breakfasts, if you are a good eater, are quite good and at a reasonable price, 7 euros per person. With option, on request, for coeliacs. location is perfect, near the cathedral and castle, two minutes from the house of Antonio Machado. staff has had a correct treatment.
We've booked two rooms, one with two beds and one with a double. two-bed room is good in size, double room is very small. toilets are also small, they are complete, although to use the bidet you have to fill it with water that comes out from the sides, it doesn't have a tap. It's not that I don't like it, because I understand that it's an old building, to the rooms on the sixth floor you have to go up the stairs from the fifth floor, to where the elevator goes.

All the people who work in this hotel are super nice and friendly. I don't understand comments that in reception people are so rude and such, we have coincided with three different girls in reception and all 3 very nice. I also don't understand the comments that it's cold in the room, on the contrary. breakfast is very good too, girl that attends you in the dining room is very attentive and hardworking. beautiful room, everything new and clean, is a pleasure in the hotel, anything that comes up they treat you great. They don't say a bad word and always try to satisfy the client, maxim that very few hotels follow.
For putting in some sticky stuff, just one. The bathtub tap, the artichoke is fixed to the wall. The orange juice from breakfast is unnatural.

1. view from the room balcony. 2. design of the room with the rustic wooden windows, big old armchair and terracotta flooring with the large rug. 3. bathroom. overall, we absolutely loved the hotel/room which was felt was excellent value-for-money. it was essentially a hotel but felt more like a cosy inn which suited us perfectly as we don't like to stay in the typical tourist/business hotel.
perhaps the one let-down was the staff who did the check-in for us. he was not unfriendly or unprofessional but just seemed a little cold and extremely business-like.

I really liked the hotel! Amazingly, the small room had space for everything, everything was compact, stylish and cozy. Especially nice was the balcony overlooking the surrounding area, from which in the evenings you can only see the starry sky and the beautiful city lights, and no balcony and window neighbors nearby. Tomorrow is nice, everything's eaten, everything's delicious. What's important is a comfortable and large parking lot. The location also turned out to be perfect, in 1 half-day went around everything you wanted and there was no feeling of being far back to the hotel.
Tiny minus - well, you hang hooks in the bathroom, please, because there is nowhere to put a towel and things :).
